iPSCandESC

Highly bioactive, animal-free growth factors and cytokines for iPSC and ESC cell culture

Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSC) are a type of pluripotent stem cell derived from adult somatic cells such as skin cells or blood cells, through cellular reprogramming. Embryonic stem cells (ESC) are derived from the inner cell mass of early-stage embryos. hPSC-derived cells are key for in vitro studies of regenerative medicine, disease modeling, and drug development.

ScienCell provides growth factors and cytokines, both as recombinant proteins and in cell culture media, to support the maintenance and differentiation of hiPSCs and hESCs. ScienCell offers key signaling pathway modulators, such as Activin A, EGF, G-CSF, and FGF-1, among others. Additionally, support the maintenance of pluripotent potential with our high-quality stem cell media products, STEMium and STEMium-XF. With robust animal-free manufacturing platform and rigorous quality control procedures, ScienCell’s iPSC and ESC growth factors and cytokines are:

  • Animal origin-free (AOF) and carrier protein-free
  • Highly pure (>95%, by SDS-PAGE, minimal interference from contaminants)
  • Highly bioactive (equally or more bioactive than other dominant suppliers)
  • Highly reproducible with excellent lot-to-lot consistency
