GeneQuery™ Human Lectin Regulation in Immune Response qPCR Array Kit

ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human Lectin Regulation in Immune Response qPCR Array Kit (GQH-LRI) is designed to facilitate gene expression profiling of 40 selected lectin receptors that are involved in pathogen-specific immune responses. Brief examples of how included genes may be grouped according to their functions are shown below:     

• C-Type Lectin Receptors: ASGR1, CD69, CD207, CD302, CLEC3B, CLEC4A-M, CLEC5A, CLEC6A, CLEC7A, CLEC10A, CLEC16A, LY75, MRC1, MRC2
• NK Cell lectin-like receptors: KLRB1, KLRC1, KLRC2, KLRD1, KLRK1
• Other subgroups such as selectins, chondrolectins and collectins: ACAN, CD72, CD93, CD248, MBL2, OLR1, PKD1, SELE, SELL, SELP, SFTPA2, SFTPD, THBD

GeneQuery™ qPCR array kits are qPCR ready in a 96-well plate format, with each well containing one primer set that can specifically recognize and efficiently amplify a target gene's cDNA. The carefully designed primers ensure that: (i) the optimal annealing temperature in qPCR analysis is 65°C (with 2 mM Mg²⁺, and no DMSO); (ii) the primer set recognizes all known transcript variants of target gene, unless otherwise indicated; and (iii) only one gene is amplified. Each primer set has been validated by qPCR with melt curve analysis, and gel electrophoresis.
