CellEase
CellEase is rigorously tested for sterility (USP membrane filtration method), and cell dissociation from tissue culture plastic.
CellEase is a trypsin–EDTA solution specifically optimized for delicate adherent cells. Designed for routine passaging and detachment of cells cultured on standard tissue culture plasticware or extracellular matrix-coated surfaces, CellEase offers high dissociation efficiency while preserving cell viability. CellEase is rigorously tested for sterility (USP membrane filtration method), and cell dissociation from tissue culture plastic. CellEase has demonstrated efficient detachment and dissociation of neural stem cells, neural crest cells, human pluripotent stem cell-derived lineages, primary glial cells, fibroblasts, epithelial cells, and keratinocytes. Its mild formulation makes it an ideal alternative to harsh proteases for delicate or highly specialized cell types.
