Human Embryonic Stem Cell Growth Supplement (StemGS™) is a sterile, concentrated (50X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that maximally promotes the growth of human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells in vitro. Use Cultrex TM or BD Matrigel™ for feeder-free culture conditions.
For best results, use StemGS™ in conjunction with 500 ml Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Growth Medium-b (STEMium™ -b, Cat #5801-b).
