STEMium™ 人类多能干细胞生长培养基

STEMium™ is a serum-free medium designed for optimal growth of human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells under feeder-free conditions. It is a sterile, liquid medium containing essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors and trace minerals. The medium is bicarbonate buffered and has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with an atmosphere of 5% CO2/ 95% air. STEMium™ is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced nutritional environment that selectively promotes growth of normal human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells in vitro. This medium should be used in conjunction with Geltrex™ or BD Matrigel™ for feeder-free culture conditions.

STEMium™ 在成分配比上经过精确优化（定量与定性），可提供一个营养均衡的环境，从而选择性地促进体外正常人类胚胎干细胞和诱导多能干细胞的生长与维持。本培养基应与 Geltrex™ 或 BD Matrigel™ 联合使用，以实现无饲养层培养条件。
