Oligodendrocyte Precursor Cell Differentiation Medium (OPCDM) consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 5 ml of FBS (Cat. #0005), 5 ml of Oligodendrocyte Precursor Cell Differentiation Supplement (OPCDS, Cat. #1672) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0503).

PA-r from ScienCell Research Laboratories are isolated from porcine retina. PA-r are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >1 x 10⁶ cells in 1 ml volume.
