Preadipocyte Growth Supplement (PAGS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Preadipocyte Growth Supplement (PAGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal preadipocytes. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal preadipocytes in vitro.
For best results, use PAGS in conjunction with 500 mL Preadipocyte Medium-b (PAM-b, Cat #7211-b) and 25 mL fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0025).
