Adipocyte Growth Supplement (AdGS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Adipocyte Growth Supplement (AdGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal adipocytes. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal adipocytes in vitro.
For best results, use AdGS in conjunction with 500 mL Adipocyte Medium-b (AdM-b, Cat #7201-b) and 12.5 mL fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0012).
