3D-Osteo-Endo Spheroid Medium
3D-OESpM consists of 200 ml of basal medium, 10 mL of FBS (Cat. #0010), 2 mL of 3D-osteoendo spheroid supplement (3D-OESpS, Cat. #3D-4662), and 2 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0583). Note: 3D-OESpS, FBS, and P/S are not pre-mixed in the 3D-OESpM; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.
3D-Osteo-Endo Spheroid Medium (3D-OESpM) is a specialized medium designed for the generation and maintenance of spheroids consisting of human osteoblasts and endothelial cells in vitro in conjunction with fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat. #0010) and 3D-osteo-endo spheroid supplement (3D-OESpS, Cat. #3D-4662). 3D-OESpM is a sterile, viscous medium which contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, and trace minerals. The medium is bicarbonate buffered and has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with an atmosphere of 5% CO2/95% air.
