Mesenchymal Stem Cell Adipogenic Differentiation Supplement

Mesenchymal Stem Cell Adipogenic Differentiation Supplement (MADS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for Mesenchymal Stem Cells adipogenic differentiation. The supplement is formulated to provide the differentiation of primary mesenchymal stem cells to an adipogenic lineage as assessed by Oil Red O staining in vitro.

For best results, use MADS in conjunction with 500 mL Mesenchymal Stem cell Adipogenic Differentiation Medium-b (MADM-b, Cat #7541-b) and 25 mL fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0025).
