ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human Neural Progenitor Markers qPCR Array Kit (GQH-NPM) is designed to facilitate gene expression profiling of 40 marker genes commonly used to assess neural progenitor cell (NPC) maintenance, proliferation, and differentiation. NPCs are generated by asymmetric mitosis of neural stem cells (NSCs), in which one NSC becomes one NSC and one NPC, or by terminal asymmetric division, in which one NSC becomes two NPCs. The multipotent NPCs have limited differentiation capacity and can differentiate into 3 cell types: neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes.

GeneQuery™ qPCR array kits are qPCR ready in a 96-well plate format, with each well containing one primer set that can specifically recognize and efficiently amplify a target gene's cDNA. The carefully designed primers ensure that: (i) the optimal annealing temperature in qPCR analysis is 65°C (with 2 mM Mg²⁺, and no DMSO); (ii) the primer set recognizes all known transcript variants of target gene, unless otherwise indicated; and (iii) only one gene is amplified. Each primer set has been validated by qPCR with melt curve analysis, and gel electrophoresis.

GeneQuery™ qPCR 检测芯片试剂盒采用 96 孔板形式，开盒即可用于 qPCR 实验。每个孔中均预置一组引物，可特异性识别并高效扩增目标基因的互补 DNA（cDNA）。引物经过精心设计，以确保以下性能：（1）在 qPCR 分析中，最佳退火温度为 65°C（Mg²⁺ 浓度为 2 mM，且不添加 DMSO）；（2）除非另有说明，每组引物均可识别目标基因所有已知的转录本变体；（3）每组引物仅扩增一个目标基因。所有引物组均经过 qPCR 熔解曲线分析和凝胶电泳验证。
