Xenofree Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Growth Supplement (StemGS-xf™) is a sterile, concentrated (50X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells. It is made with synthetic, plant-derived, and human-derived components and is free of bovine and other animalderived components. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced growth environment that maximally promotes the growth of human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells in vitro. Use Geltrex™ or BD Matrigel™ for feederfree culture conditions.
For best results, use StemGS-xf™ in conjunction with 500 ml Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Growth Medium-Xeno-free (STEMium™ -xf, Cat #5811).
