Trophoblast Growth Supplement (TGS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Trophoblast Growth Supplement (TGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal trophoblasts. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal trophoblasts in vitro.
For best results, use TGS in conjunction with 500 mL Trophoblast Medium-b (TM-b, Cat #7121b) and 25 mL fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0025).
