Trabecular Meshwork Cell Growth Supplement (TMCGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal trabecular meshwork cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal trabecular meshwork cells in vitro.
For best results, use TMCGS in conjunction with 500 ml Trabecular Meshwork Cell Medium-b (TMCM-b, Cat #6591-b) and 10 ml fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0010).
