Synoviocyte Growth Supplement (SGS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Synoviocyte Growth Supplement (SGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal synoviocytes. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal synoviocytes in vitro.
For best results, use SGS in conjunction with 500 ml Synoviocyte Medium-b (SM-b, Cat #4701b) and 10 ml fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0010).
