Sertoli Cell Growth Supplement (SerCGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal sertoli cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal sertoli cells in vitro.
For best results, use SerCGS in conjunction with 500 ml Sertoli Cell Medium-b (SerCM-b, Cat #4521-b) and 25 ml fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0025).
