Recombinant Human NFkB
Upon activation by environmental stimuli such as stress, cytokines, bacterial or viral molecules, NFkB complex could translocate into the nucleus and bind to target DNA, regulating gene expression involved in inflammatory reactions, immune responses, cell proliferation and differentiation, and apoptosis.
NFkB(p50) belongs to the superfamily of human NFkB transcription factors. NFkB family members include p50/p105, p52/p100, RelA(p65), RelB and cRel. NFkB(p50) associates with NFkB family members to form homo- or heterodimers.
