Preadipocyte Differentiation Supplement (PAdDS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Preadipocyte Differentiation Supplement (PAdDS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for preadipogenic differentiation. It contains reagents that readily differentiate preadipocytes into mature adipocytes as assessed by Oil Red O staining (Cat. # 0843) in vitro.
For best results, use PAdDS in conjunction with 500 mL Preadipocyte Differentiation Medium-b (PADM-b, Cat #7221-b) and 25 mL fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0025).
