Osteoblast Mineralization Supplement (ObMS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Osteoblast Mineralization Supplement (ObMS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the osteoblast differentiation. The supplement is formulated for the mineralization of primary osteoblasts as determined by Alizarin Red staining in vitro.
For best results, use ObMS in conjunction with 500 mL Osteoblast Mineralization Medium-b (ObMM-b, Cat #4611-b) and 25 mL Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS, Cat #0025).
