Oligodendrocyte Precursor Cell Differentiation Supplement (OPCDS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal oligodendrocyte precursor cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal oligodendrocyte precursor cells in vitro.
For best results, use OPCDS in conjunction with 500 ml Oligodendrocyte Precursor Cell Differentiation Medium-b (OPCDM-b, Cat #1631-b) and 5 ml fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0005).
