Mesothelial Cell Growth Supplement (MesCGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal mesothelial cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal stellate cells in vitro.
For best results, use MesCGS in conjunction with 500 mL Mesothelial Cell Medium-b (MesCMb, Cat #5351-b) and 10 mL fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0010).
