Mesenchymal Stem Cell Osteogenic Differentiation Supplement (MODS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for Mesenchymal Stem Cells differentiation. The supplement is formulated to provide the differentiation of primary mesenchymal stem cells to an osteogenic lineage as determined by Alizarin Red staining in vitro.
For best results, use MODS in conjunction with 500 mL Mesenchymal Stem cell Osteogenic Differentiation Medium-b (MODM-b, Cat #7531-b) and 25 mL fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0025).
