Mesenchymal Stem Cell Chondrogenic Differentiation Supplement (MCDS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for Mesenchymal Stem Cells differentiation. The supplement is formulated to provide the differentiation of primary mesenchymal stem cells to a chondrogenic lineage as determined by Safranin-O staining in vitro.
For best results, use MCDS in conjunction with 500 mL Mesenchymal Stem cell Chondrogenic Differentiation Medium-b (MCDM-b, Cat #7551-b).
