Mesangial Cell Growth Supplement (MsCGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal mesangial cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal mesangial cells in vitro.
For best results, use MsCGS in conjunction with 500 ml Mesangial Cell Medium-b (MCM-b, Cat #4201-b) and 10 ml fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0010).
