Meningeal Cell Growth Supplement (MenCGS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Meningeal Cell Growth Supplement (MCGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal meningeal cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal meningeal cells in vitro.
For best results, use MenCGS in conjunction with 500 ml Meningeal Cell Medium-b (MenCMb, Cat #1401-b) and 10 ml fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0010).
