Human Bronchial Epithelial Cell cDNA
HBEpiC cDNA is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Human Bronchial Epithelial Cell PCR-ready first strand cDNA (HBEpiC cDNA) is prepared from RNA extracted from Human Bronchial Epithelial Cells by a Qiagen RNeasy kit. 2 μg total RNA is then reverse-transcribed using an Applied Biosystems' High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription kit. 1 μl cDNA is sufficient for one PCR reaction. cDNA from ScienCell Research Laboratories is convenient and cost effective for researchers as it eliminates the need to acquire expensive tissues.
