GeneQuery™ Human Synaptic Activity qPCR Array Kit

ScienCell’s GeneQuery™ Human Synaptic Activity qPCR Array Kit (GQH-SA) profiles 40 key genes that regulate human synaptic transmission, plasticity, and activity-dependent signaling. This focused array covers core elements of presynaptic vesicle release, glutamate and GABA receptors, postsynaptic scaffolds, neuromodulators, and immediate early genes, providing a sensitive readout of synapse function and recent neuronal activation in neurons, brain tissue, iPSC-derived neural cultures, and organoids.

The GQH-SF array targets essential molecular components of excitatory and inhibitory synapses, enabling sensitive detection of changes in synaptic strength, neurotransmission balance, and neuronal activation across diverse experimental models.

• Presynaptic vesicle release and transport: RAB3A, NSF, SLC17A7, SLC6A1, SNCA

GeneQuery™ qPCR array kits are qPCR ready in a 96-well plate format, with each well containing one primer set that can specifically recognize and efficiently amplify a target gene's cDNA. The carefully designed primers ensure that: (i) the optimal annealing temperature in qPCR analysis is 65°C (with 2 mM Mg²⁺ , and no DMSO); (ii) the primer set recognizes all known transcript variants of target gene, unless otherwise indicated; and (iii) only one gene is amplified. Each primer set has been validated by qPCR with melt curve analysis, and gel electrophoresis.
