Cardiac Myocyte Growth Supplement-serum free (CMGS-sf) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal cardiac myocytes under serum free conditions. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports normal cardiac myocytes in vitro.
For best results, use CMGS-sf in conjunction with 500 ml Cardiac Myocyte Medium-serum freebasal (CMM-sf-b, Cat #6101-b).
