3D Medium-serum free
3D Medium-basal-serum free (3D-M-SF) consists of 100 ml of basal medium, 1 mL of 3D-GS (Cat. # 8052) and 1 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0573). Note: 3D-GS and P/S are not pre-mixed in the 3D-M-SF; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.

3D Medium-basal-serum free (3D-M-SF), when used with 3D Growth Supplement (3D-GS, Cat #8052), is a complete medium designed for establishing 3D culture in type I collagen gel. It is a sterile, liquid medium which contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds and trace minerals. The medium is HEPES and bicarbonate buffered and has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with an atmosphere of 5% CO2/95% air.
