Stellate Cell Growth Supplement
Stellate Cell Growth Supplement (SteCGS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Stellate Cell Growth Supplement (SteCGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal stellate cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal stellate cells in vitro.
For best results, use SteCGS in conjunction with 500 mL Stellate Cell Medium-b (SteCM-b, Cat #5301-b) and 10 mL fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0010).
