Smooth Muscle Cell Growth Supplement (SMCGS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Smooth Muscle Cell Growth Supplement (SMCGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal smooth muscle cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal smooth muscle cells in vitro.
For best results, use SMCGS in conjunction with 500 ml Smooth Muscle Cell Medium-b (SMCM-b, Cat #1101-b) and 10 ml fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat #0010).
