Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (IMDM) is a modified DME medium, which contains high D-glucose (4,500 mg/L), sodium pyruvate, additional amino acids, selenium, HEPES and other supplementary components. IMDM is a highly enriched synthetic medium is well suited for supporting the growth of a broad range of mammalian cell lines.

IMDM with L-Glutamine and HEPES (IMDM) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
