Human Leptomeningeal Pericytes cDNA

Human Leptomeningeal Pericytes PCR-ready first strand cDNA (HLP cDNA) is prepared from RNA extracted from Human Leptomeningeal Pericytes by a Qiagen RNeasy kit. 2 mg total RNA is then reverse-transcribed using an Applied Biosystems’ High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription kit. 1 µl cDNA is sufficient for one PCR reaction. cDNA from ScienCell Research Laboratories is convenient and cost effective for researchers as it eliminates the need to acquire expensive tissues.
