HematoGro Supplement
HematoGro Supplement (HemGS) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
HematoGro Supplement (HemGS) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains proteins and hormones necessary for the short-term maintenance of hematopoietic cells in vitro, including bone marrow mononuclear and peripheral blood cells. This supplement does not contain serum, growth factors or cytokines and is designed to be used in conjunction with HematoGro Medium (HemGM; Cat #5501).
For best results, use HemGS in conjunction with HematoGro Medium-basal (HemGM-b, Cat #5501-b) and Pen/Strep (P/S, Cat #0503/#0583).
