HematoGro Supplement, Animal Component Free (HemGS-ACF) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
HematoGro Supplement–Animal Component Free (HemGS-ACF) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains proteins and hormones necessary for the short-term maintenance of hematopoietic cells in vitro, including bone marrow mononuclear and peripheral blood cells. This supplement does not contain serum, growth factors, cytokines or animal-derived components, and is designed to be used in conjunction with HematoGro Medium – Animal Component Free (HemGM-ACF; Cat #5521).
For best results, use HemGS-ACF in conjunction with HematoGro Medium–Animal Component Free-basal (HemGM-ACF-b, Cat #5521-b) and Pen/Strep (P/S, Cat #0503/#0583).
