Ham’s F-10 nutrient mix with L-Glutamine and HEPES

Ham’s F-10 nutrient mix with L-Glutamine and HEPES (F10) is well suited for supporting the growth of a broad range of mammalian cell lines. F10 was originally developed to support the clonal growth of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells, as well as HeLa and mouse L-cells. F10 has been shown to support the growth of human diploid cells, white blood cells (WBC) for chromosomal analysis, and primary explants of rat, rabbit and chicken tissue. F10 with L-Glutamine and 25mM HEPES provides more effective buffering condition in the optimum pH range of 7.2-7.4.
