GeneQuery™ Human Wnt Signaling Target Genes qPCR Array Kit

ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human Wnt Signaling Target Genes qPCR Array Kit (GQH-WTG) is designed to facilitate gene expression profiling of 88 key genes responsive to Wnt signaling activation and genes downstream of Wnt signaling induced transcription. This kit includes genes regulated by both canonical and noncanonical Wnt signaling pathways. Brief examples of how included downstream genes may be grouped according to their respective functions are shown below:

• Transcription factors: HNF1A, LEF1, TCF7L1, TCF7L2, FOSL1
• Cell cycling/growth: CCND1, CDKN2A, BIRC5, APC, TERC
• Motility: S100A4, S100A6, NRCAM, KRT1, FN1
• Angiogenesis: EDN1, PLAU, VEGFA, NOTCH1, EDNRA
• Cancer misregulation: TWIST1, RET, JUN, NEDD9, MLLT10

GeneQuery™ qPCR array kits are qPCR ready in a 96-well plate format, with each well containing one primer set that recognizes and efficiently amplifies a specific target gene's cDNA. The carefully designed primers ensure that: (i) the optimal annealing temperature in qPCR analysis is 65°C (with 2 mM Mg²⁺ and no DMSO); (ii) the primer set recognizes all known transcript variants of the target gene, unless otherwise noted; and (iii) only one gene is amplified. Each primer set has been validated by qPCR with melt curve analysis and gel electrophoresis.
