Fibroblast Growth Supplement-animal component free (FGS-acf) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal fibroblasts. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal fibroblasts in vitro.
For best results, use FGS-acf in conjunction with Fibroblast Medium-animal component free-b (FM-acf-b, Cat #2321-b).
