Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement-rat

Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement-rat (ECGS-r) is a sterile, concentrated (100X) solution which contains growth factors, hormones, and proteins necessary for the culture of normal rat endothelial cells. The supplement is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced environment that selectively supports the growth of normal rat endothelial cells in vitro.

For best results, use ECGS-r in conjunction with 500 ml Endothelial Cell Medium-rat-basal (ECM-r-b, Cat #1021) and 25 ml calf serum (CS, Cat #0025-cs).
