3D-Preadipocyte Spheroid Differentiation Medium
3D-PADM consists of 200 mL of basal medium, 2 mL of 3D-preadipocyte spheroid differentiation supplement (3D-PAdDS, Cat. #3D-7232), 10 mL of fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat. #0010) and 2 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0583). Note: 3D-PAdDS, FBS and P/S are not pre-mixed in the 3D-PADM; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.
3D-Preadipocyte Spheroid Differentiation Medium (3D-PADM) is a specialized medium designed for the differentiation of human preadipocyte spheroids in vitro in conjunction with 3D-preadipocyte spheroid differentiation supplement (3D-PAdDS, Cat. #3D-7232). 3D-PADM is a sterile, viscous medium which contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, and trace minerals. The medium is bicarbonate buffered and has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with an atmosphere of 5% CO2/95% air.
