NF-κB Dual Reporter Vector
The NF-κB Dual Reporter Vector (NKRV) is a DNA-based reporter system specifically designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of the NF-κB signaling pathway in cultured mammalian cells. The NF-κB Reporter Mix contains a plasmid encoding Firefly luciferase under the control of multimerized NF-κB response elements, co-formulated with a second plasmid expressing Renilla luciferase driven by a constitutive promoter.
