NF-kB Dual Reporter Vector
The NF-kB Dual Reporter Vector (NKRV) is a DNA-based reporter system specifically designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of the NF-kB signaling pathway in cultured mammalian cells. The NF-kB Reporter Mix contains a plasmid encoding Firefly luciferase under the control of multimerized NF-kB response elements, co-formulated with a second plasmid expressing Renilla luciferase driven by a constitutive promoter.
