Astrocyte Medium (AM) consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 10 ml of fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat. No. 0010), 5 ml of astrocyte growth supplement (AGS, Cat. No. 1852) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. No. 0503).

Fibroblast Medium (FM) consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 10 ml of fetal bovine serum (FBS, Cat. No. 0010), 5 ml of fibroblast growth supplement (FGS, Cat. No. 2352), and 5 ml of Antibiotic solution (P/S, Cat. No. 0503).

Endothelial Cell Medium (ECM) consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 25 ml of FBS (Cat. #0025), 5 ml of Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement (ECGS, Cat. #1052) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0503). Note: FBS, ECGS and P/S are not pre-mixed in ECM; they must be added separately to make the complete ECM.

PM consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 10 ml of FBS (Cat. #0010), 5 ml of Pericyte Growth Supplement (PGS, Cat. #1252) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0503). Note: FBS, PGS and P/S are not pre-mixed in PM; they must be added separately to make the complete PM.

ACM-sf is a liquid medium prepared from primary human astrocyte cultures by using astrocyte medium (Cat #1801) without serum conditioned for 48 hours. The medium is sterile filtered and has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with an atmosphere of 5% CO2/95% air.
