3D-Trabecular Meshwork Spheroid Medium

3D-TMSpM consists of 200 ml of basal medium. 20 mL of FBS (Cat. #0020) and 2 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0583). Note: FBS, and P/S are not pre-mixed in the 3D-TMSpM; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.
