3D-Epithelial Spheroid Medium

3D-EpiSpM consists of 200 mL of basal medium, 4 mL of FBS (Cat. #0004), 2 mL of 3D-epithelial spheroid supplement (3D-EpiSpS, Cat. #3D-4152), and 2 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0583). Note: 3D-EpiSpS, FBS, and P/S are not pre-mixed in the 3D-EpiSpM; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.
