Poly-L-Lysine (PLL) is a synthetic, positively charged amino acid chain that enhances cell adhesion by altering surface charges on the culture substrate. It is commonly used as a coating agent to promote cell adhesion in culture. In addition to promoting cell adhesion, PLL surface treatments improve the survival of many primary cells in culture and support neurite outgrowth.

多聚-L-赖氨酸（Poly-L-Lysine，PLL）是一种合成的带正电荷的多肽链，可通过改变培养基底材料表面的电荷性质来增强细胞黏附能力，常作为包被试剂用于促进细胞贴壁培养。除促进细胞黏附外，PLL 表面处理还可提高多种原代细胞在体外培养中的存活率，并支持神经突起（neurite）的生长。
注意：若处理不当，本产品部分成分可能具有健康危害。操作时应采取适当防护措施，包括穿戴防护服及护目镜。使用后应按照规范进行废弃处理。
