Microglia Medium (MM) consists of 500 ml of basal medium, 25 ml of FBS (Cat. #0025), 5 ml of Microglia Growth Supplement (MGS, Cat. #1952) and 5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0503).

FBS is derived from clotted whole blood aseptically collected from fetuses via cardiac puncture. The 10mL solution is sterile filtered and has a neutral pH.
