3D-Chondrocyte Spheroid Medium

3D-CSpM consists of 200 ml of basal medium, 10 mL of FBS (Cat. #0010), 2 mL of 3D-chondrocyte spheroid supplement (3D-CSpS, Cat. #3D-4682), and 2 mL penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S, Cat. #0583). Note: 3D-CSpS, FBS, and P/S are not pre-mixed in the 3D-CSpM; they must be added separately to make the complete medium.
