Our primary mouse splenocytes (MS) are derived from adult C57BL/6 and CD-1 mouse strains, while our rat splenocytes (RS) are sourced from healthy adult rats.

Both MS and RS are carefully isolated and depleted of splenic macrophages, ensuring purified immune cell populations for your research needs.
